Overview
The Rasul is an ancient Arabic is a self led ritual, to be enjoyed in your private steam chamber using mineral-rich mud along with heat and steam to smooth and detoxify the body.
We recommend that you allow 15 - 20 minutes for the steam to draw out impurities from the body, then follow with a full body exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and allow new cells to raise to the surface, envelope the skin with a layer of nourishing moisturiser to leave you feeling silky smooth and radiant.
Enjoy a glass of fizz each in your personal relaxation space, use of our thermal facilities or take a wander through our walled garden to allow you to completely switch off and relax from the outside world.
Terms and Conditions
We recommend you no more than 15 minutes before your appointment and a member of our Team will greet you and show you to your allocated changing room and space in the relax room. Appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time, please be aware that if you arrive late the time of your appointment will be shortened in consideration of the next guest. Slippers, robe and towels are provided for your comfort.
Prior to arrival you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire to ensure the treatment is suitable for you and you get the most from your experience with us. Our treatments are specifically tailored for adults, please note that no-one under the age of 16 is permitted in Fletcher’s Cottage Spa.
We recommend that you leave all valuables at home as we can not take any responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings. We request that you do not use your mobile phone whilst in the Spa.
If you wish to enjoy the thermal area you will need to bring swimwear with you and if you wish to use the gym then please bring suitable sports clothing and footwear.
