Overview
Focusing on movement cupping, a therapy which combines the benefits of hands-on massage and cupping, an ideal marriage of physical touch and the healing properties of cupping. Cupping causes a small inflammatory effect that activates chemical mediators to increase metabolic process within the cells, stimulating white blood cells and pain relief receptors to aid localised healing. Affecting the body from 4 up to 10cms deep into the tissues, it also causes them to drain excess fluid and toxins into the lymphatic system, helping to clear colon blockages, clear the arteries and activate the skin to improve marks and spider veins. One of the best deep tissue massages available, cupping triggers myo-fascial release to rid the body of problem causing toxins, providing fast and effective results, focusing on the back, backs of legs, chest and shoulders.

We recommend to arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment and a member of our Team will greet you and give you a spa tour. Appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time, please be aware that if you arrive late the time of your appointment will be shortened in consideration of the next guest. Slippers, robe and towels are provided for your comfort.
Prior to arrival you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire to ensure the treatment is suitable for you and you get the most from your experience with us. Our treatments are specifically tailored for adults, please note that no-one under the age of 16 is permitted in Fletcher’s Cottage Spa.
Please note that our Thermal Bath Hut Experiences are not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
We recommend that you leave all valuables at home as we can not take any responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
If you wish to enjoy the thermal area you will need to bring swimwear with you and if you wish to use the gym then please bring suitable sports clothing and footwear.
